The Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) chairman, Mr. Ekpo Nta recently agreed to a statement made by President Jonathan during his May 4th media chat that, stealing is not corruption.</div>

While addressing members of  the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, COREN, at the ICPC Headquarters' in Abuja, Mr Nta said there is a difference between stealing and corruption  and it is wrong to classify theft as corruption. He said that we should refer back to what we were taught about stealing and corruption in school</div>
